We are only able to help passengers who are:

• Under 18 and travelling without an adult
• or travelling in a group of 3 or more family members.

There is an emergency fund for exceptional cases involving medical escorts or unaccompanied minors.

The budget is refreshed at the start of each quarter on the 1st of January, April, July and October.
